It's good location and the availability of food options.
This is a very comfortable hotel, with pleasant staff, spacious and clean rooms, all at excellent value. The restaurant food is very good, and a bargain when you buy the executive room, which includes breakfast from the menu. The dinner promotion of 2 meals for $25 makes this a one stop stay which includes everything you need at a great price!
Friendly staff, good food for the price, well maintained, Would definately recommend.
The only drawback was the access into and out of the property. (some idiot designed the roads and interchange practically surrounding the hotel)
Not much. We have stayed there about ten times now. The hotel needs a make over, its starting to show its age.
For a moderate priced hotel, it was very nice, clean and great staff. The best surprise was that the food for the breakfast and other meals was very good and the staff was excellent. Would definitely stay there again when we see another concert at the Britt.
The room was very nice and had a fridge. Ik was very clean and comfortable.
The staff was GREAT! WI-FI very good. Food was very good and a reall bargain.
headboard was loosely attached to the wall
Wonderfully comfortable room.
Restaurant great for breakfast, medium for dinner.
Friendliness of the staff
Tired work out facility and out dated TVs.
the matress needed turning. Not real comfortable.
Location to entertainment...very friendly service...when we spend the night in Medford we always stay at the Rogue Regency
I like their $4.99 breakfest and we had breakfest there every morning. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. I found many helpful travel information in the lobby.
The AC is very noisy.
The room was clean and bed was fine. Also offered a $4.99 breakfast special for guests that was a good value and not bad.
We stayed on the 1st level in the basement. Room was seriously in need of an update (wallpaper coming off walls) and carpet looked to be origional. Air conditioner in the room sounded something like having a semi-truck in your room. Also the shower head was placed at about 5'5 which didn't work well for my husband who is over 6 ft. Getting in and out of the hotel is a whole other challenge its a maze to say the least. I would suggest staying somewhere else.
Our room was below ground level, felt like being in a dungeon. No view and little natural light.
